Originally from Northern California, I’ve been training clients for 5 yrs and believe that achieving your goals should be an empowering journey, not a chore.
My certifications include the Pain Free Performance Specialist, FRC Mobility Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Level 1 Nutrition Coach (Nutrition Coaching Institute).
My focus is on strength training and crafting sustainable nutrition programs that fit your lifestyle, allowing you to enjoy your favorite foods while making real progress. I help my clients lose weight, build muscle, and find the right balance between exercise and nutrition, leading to lasting mental and physical transformation.
I have always been active and have been passionate about strength training for the last 13 years and recently was focused on competing in bodybuilding. I look forward to meeting you!
